What Veera does

Veera is a multi-tenant outreach platform. It discovers and verifies leads, places AI phone calls, sends WhatsApp and email on your behalf, and records the outcome against a contact. Agencies can run separate workspaces per client under one login.

Some capabilities are shipped and some are in progress. The website marks which is which, and we do not bill you for something that is not working.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation owners control who is a member and what role they hold. Deleting your organisation is permanent and removes its data.

Your responsibilities when contacting people

This is the part that matters most. When you use Veera to contact someone, you are the one making that contact. You agree that:

• You have a lawful basis to contact each person on your list.
• You will not use Veera for harassment, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive claims.
• You will not contact emergency services.
• You will honour opt-outs. Veera enforces suppression automatically, and you will not attempt to work around it.
• You are responsible for compliance with the calling, messaging and consent laws that apply where your recipients are — including the TCPA and its quiet-hours rules in the US, and equivalent rules elsewhere.
• You will not upload contact data you do not have the right to process.

Veera enforces quiet hours, suppression and unsubscribe handling in the product as a safeguard. That safeguard reduces your risk; it does not transfer it to us.

What the AI can and cannot be relied on to do

The AI agent can misunderstand an instruction, state something incorrect, or fail to complete a task. It identifies itself as AI-assisted and discloses that calls are transcribed. It cannot enter into a legally binding commitment on your behalf, and nothing it says during a call should be treated as your binding agreement.

Review AI-drafted content before it goes out where the stakes warrant it. Summaries, scores and classifications are aids, not determinations.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to reach another organisation’s data, inject instructions intended to subvert the AI, or resell access without a written agreement.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Veera’s Indian entity is the seller of record and issues the tax invoice.
• Prices, cadences and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase and in your billing settings.
• WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and are billed to your own WhatsApp Business account — they never appear on a Veera invoice.
• If usage exceeds your plan’s allowance, the affected capability stops until you upgrade or the period resets. We do not silently accrue overage charges.
• Taxes are applied as required, based on your billing details at the time the invoice is issued.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Veera. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. We do not use your customer data to train models for anyone else.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a given call will connect, that a message will be delivered, or that an outcome will be achieved — those depend on carriers, Meta, and the person on the other end.

To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, generates sustained complaints, or puts our provider relationships at risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first. You can close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are dated at the top of this page and notified in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use Veera after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers keep any rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where local law grants them.
