Data deletion request
This page explains how Veera handles requests to delete personal data, including requests forwarded by Meta from WhatsApp.
What we delete
When a deletion request reaches us (whether Meta forwards it from WhatsApp, or you email us directly), we erase the personal data associated with it: the contact record, its WhatsApp, message and call history, and any transcripts. We retain only what the law requires, such as a minimal record that the request was made and honoured, and a suppression entry so the same person is not contacted again. Deletion is permanent.
Request or confirm a deletion
You do not need a Veera account. Email info@veeranow.com with the phone number, WhatsApp number or email address that was contacted. We will erase the associated data and confirm in writing. Where the data was uploaded by one of our customers, we also notify that customer, as they are the controller of it.
