AI calling tools for HubSpot agencies

If your agency runs on HubSpot, the question isn't which tool replaces it — it's which AI calling tool plugs into it cleanly. This is a working shortlist of AI-assisted and AI-autonomous calling tools that integrate with a HubSpot stack, with honest notes on how deep each integration actually goes and who each one fits.

HubSpot is the system of record here, not something to swap out. Every tool below is chosen for how well it works with HubSpot — logging calls to the timeline, syncing contacts and deals, or triggering calls from HubSpot workflows. If you run agencies on GoHighLevel instead, see the GoHighLevel version of this list.

This page is published by Veera, which is one of the tools listed. We call that out plainly and include a “choose something else if” note for every entry. Pricing and integration details are current as of July 2026 and refreshed quarterly.

What “HubSpot-compatible” actually means

“Integrates with HubSpot” covers a wide range of depth, and the difference matters more for agencies than for anyone else — because you're maintaining it across many client portals, not one. Three tiers are worth separating:

  • Native, two-way sync. An official HubSpot app that reads and writes both directions — contacts, deals, call logs, and pipeline stages stay consistent without anyone re-keying data. This is what you want per client.
  • Native, one-way logging. The tool writes call activity into HubSpot but doesn't pull CRM state back. Fine for a record of what happened; weaker for keeping the pipeline live.
  • Bridge (Zapier / Make / API). No first-party app; you wire it up yourself. Flexible, but it's one more thing to build, monitor, and re-fix across every client account.

The other axis is who makes the call: a multilingual voice AI placing autonomous calls is a different operational shape from a power dialer that speeds up human reps. Both are “AI calling tools”; they solve different problems. This shortlist labels each one so you don't buy the wrong shape. For the broader category, see our hub on AI cold calling software and, for the agency angle, AI outreach and CRM for agencies.

The tools

Listed with what each one is, how its HubSpot integration works, real pricing, and the buyer it fits. Veera is covered in its own section below.

Aircall

Cloud business phone system with an AI add-on

HubSpot fit
Native, and among the deepest in the category. HubSpot has recognized Aircall as an “Essential App for Sales” four years running; calls, SMS, and WhatsApp sync to Contacts, Deals, and Tickets in real time, and AI Actions (beta) let a virtual agent look up records and book meetings inside HubSpot during a live call.
Pricing
$30/seat/mo (Essentials, annual) to $50/seat (Professional). AI Assist is a $9/seat add-on, included on Professional and up; AI Assist Pro is $49/seat. Three-seat minimum.
Best for
Sales or support teams of 3+ that want a mature, deeply HubSpot-wired voice and SMS system where AI assists human reps.

JustCall

AI-powered business phone and SMS with an AI Voice Agent

HubSpot fit
Native HubSpot app: automatic call logging, SMS sync, and AI coaching surfaced inside the CRM. The AI Voice Agent is inbound-first (outbound is in beta on the top tier).
Pricing
From $29/user/mo (Team) to $89/user (Pro Plus, which bundles AI voice agents and coaching); the AI Voice Agent is also available pay-as-you-go at $0.99/min. HubSpot integration lands on Pro and up (2-user minimum).
Best for
Teams that want unlimited-minute calling and SMS plus an inbound AI voice agent that logs everything to HubSpot.

Kixie

Power and auto dialer with SMS automation, built around the CRM

HubSpot fit
One of the highest-rated calling apps in the HubSpot App Marketplace: click-to-call, auto and power dialing, and SMS automation triggered directly from HubSpot workflows.
Pricing
Roughly $35/user (Integrated), $65 (Professional), and $95 (Outbound PowerCall), billed quarterly; AI Human-Voice Detection is a +$30/user add-on. As of mid-2026, some plan pricing moved to custom quote.
Best for
Human-rep outbound teams that want fast, HubSpot-native power dialing — not an autonomous AI making the calls.

Nooks

AI parallel dialer and virtual sales floor for SDR teams

HubSpot fit
Two-way sync with HubSpot (and Salesforce): dial activity and call outcomes flow back to the record automatically, without double entry.
Pricing
Quote-based after a demo; third-party estimates commonly cite around $5,000 per user per year, billed annually.
Best for
High-volume outbound SDR teams that dial several lines at once and coach live on a virtual floor.

Synthflow

No-code AI voice-agent builder

HubSpot fit
The “Synthflow AI Phone Calling” app on the HubSpot Marketplace triggers outbound AI calls from HubSpot workflows using contact data (name, phone, email, record ID, timezone) and logs call activity back. 50+ native integrations, including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce.
Pricing
Tiered plans plus per-minute call usage; bring-your-own-carrier telephony is supported.
Best for
Agencies and technical builders who want to design their own inbound and outbound voice agents rather than buy a finished one.

Dialpad Ai

AI-native UCaaS phone system

HubSpot fit
HubSpot integration on the Pro tier: Dialpad Ai auto-logs call summaries, action items, CSAT, associated deals, and recordings onto HubSpot records.
Pricing
Standard $15/user, Pro $25/user (HubSpot integration requires Pro, effectively a 3-user minimum), Enterprise custom.
Best for
Teams that want an AI phone system with rich, automatic call intelligence written straight into HubSpot.

Where Veera fits: native HubSpot sync

Veera is an AI Business Aide built for outbound — it places the calls itself rather than speeding up a human rep. For a HubSpot agency, the relevant part is that Veera syncs into HubSpot natively: OAuth connect, two-way contact sync, pipeline-stage mapping, and deal reads. Automatic logging of calls and outcomes into HubSpot is built and activating, not usable today. It is not a HubSpot alternative and doesn't try to be your CRM — HubSpot stays the system of record, and Veera keeps it fed.

What Veera adds on top of the sync:

  • Autonomous outbound calls in 42 languages with 700+ voices, plus mid-call instruction to steer a live conversation and supervisor takeover from the mobile app.
  • Smart Notes writes a summary, decisions, and action items onto the contact record inside Veera after every call — captured by the AI, not typed by a rep at end of day. Landing those notes on the HubSpot record itself is built and activating, not usable today.
  • Find-and-close in one place: verified-lead discovery finds companies by industry and location, checks email deliverability, and imports them into the CRM, and AI lead scoring ranks each contact hot, warm, or cold with a written reason that re-scores when new information lands.
  • Free to start, no seat minimum, no card — usage scales with call volume rather than headcount.

Building, not live yet. A few pieces are built and activating — we list them as on the roadmap, not as things you can use today: multi-step outreach sequences, a unified inbox with AI reply classification and AI-drafted replies, analytics dashboards, and calendar / appointment booking. The AI calling, HubSpot sync, lead discovery, and lead scoring above are what runs today.

What matters for agencies specifically

Most tools on this list are priced and shaped for a single team. Running outreach for many clients adds requirements a per-seat phone system rarely answers:

  • Per-client isolation. Each client's contacts, calls, and HubSpot connection stay in their own workspace — no cross-contamination of data or caller ID. Veera provides multi-tenant agency workspaces with owner, member, and client roles.
  • A read-only client portal. Clients see their own results without touching your controls or other accounts.
  • Compliance you don't have to bolt on. TCPA quiet-hours enforcement, CAN-SPAM one-click unsubscribe, and GDPR/CCPA erasure-on-request are built in — which matters when you're accountable for many clients' outreach at once.
  • Pricing that survives a variable client roster. Free-to-start, usage-based pricing fits agencies that onboard and offboard clients, versus paying per seat for a fixed team.

If the CRM side is your priority more than the phone, our companion list of AI CRM for marketing agencies covers that ground, and AI SDR tools for outbound calling goes deeper on the dialing side.

Don't overlook HubSpot's own calling

Before adding a third-party tool, check what your existing HubSpot plan already does. Sales Hub includes a built-in dialer, a calling notetaker that transcribes and summarizes calls to the timeline, and Breeze AI features you can chat with during or after a call. A sales power dialer is in beta, and HubSpot's Breeze Prospecting Agent automates outbound prospecting (priced per recommended lead), with a Voice/Calling channel for the Customer Agent in beta.

For many agencies, HubSpot's native calling plus Breeze covers the basics without a new subscription. Where it stops short is autonomous, multilingual outbound at volume — HubSpot's dialer is built for human reps, and Breeze's voice channel is early and support-oriented. That gap is exactly where the tools above, including Veera's 42-language outbound AI, layer on top of HubSpot rather than replace it.

How we chose

Inclusion criteria: the tool has a real HubSpot integration (native app or documented sync), it does AI-assisted or AI-autonomous calling, and it's a plausible fit for an agency running outreach for clients. This is not a ranked leaderboard — the right pick depends on whether you want AI to assist human reps or to make the calls, and on whether you need one team or many client workspaces.

Data is sourced from each vendor's published pricing pages, the HubSpot App Marketplace listings, and product documentation, current as of July 2026 and refreshed quarterly. Where a vendor's pricing or integration shifts between refreshes, this page is updated. It follows the same methodology as the State of Outbound Business AI 2026 research report and the category primer, What is an AI Business Aide?

Conflict of interest: Veera publishes this page and is one of the tools listed. Every entry includes an honest “best for” note describing when that tool — not Veera — is the right call. We do not claim Veera is the best fit for every agency.

Frequently asked questions

What's the best AI calling tool for a HubSpot agency?

There isn't a single best — it depends on whether you want AI to assist human reps or to make the calls itself. For deep HubSpot voice + SMS with AI assisting reps, Aircall is the most established. For autonomous outbound AI calling in many languages with native HubSpot sync and per-client agency workspaces, Veera fits. For fast human-rep power dialing, Kixie or Nooks. Match the tool's shape to how you actually work.

Is Veera a HubSpot alternative?

No. Veera does not replace HubSpot and is not a CRM you migrate to. It syncs into HubSpot natively — OAuth connect, two-way contact sync, pipeline-stage mapping, and deal reads — so HubSpot stays your system of record while Veera handles the AI calling. Logging calls and outcomes back into HubSpot is built and activating, not usable today.

Do these tools do two-way sync or just log calls to HubSpot?

It varies, and it's worth confirming per tool. Veera and Nooks do two-way sync (CRM state flows both directions). Aircall, JustCall, Kixie, Dialpad, and Synthflow all log call activity natively into HubSpot; the depth of what they read back differs by plan. For an agency maintaining many client portals, two-way sync reduces manual reconciliation.

Can HubSpot make AI outbound calls on its own?

HubSpot Sales Hub has a built-in dialer, an AI calling notetaker, a power dialer in beta, and the Breeze Prospecting Agent for automated outbound prospecting, plus a Voice/Calling channel for the Customer Agent in beta. That covers a lot, but the native dialer is built for human reps and Breeze's voice channel is early and support-oriented — autonomous, multilingual outbound calling at volume is where a tool like Veera layers on top.

Which of these work for an agency managing many clients?

Most are priced and shaped for a single team. Veera is built for the agency case specifically: multi-tenant workspaces per client, owner/member/client roles, a read-only client portal, and built-in TCPA/CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance. The others can be run per client, but you'll manage separate accounts and per-seat costs yourself.

How much do these cost?

Roughly: Aircall $30–50/seat/mo (3-seat minimum), JustCall $29–89/user, Kixie ~$35–95/user (plus a $30 AI add-on), Dialpad $15–25/user (HubSpot needs the Pro tier), Nooks quote-based at around $5,000/user/year, and Synthflow tiered plus per-minute usage. Veera is free to start with usage-based pricing and no seat minimum. Team minimums and add-ons move the real total, so price your actual seat count.
